Do I need technical skills?
Nept is designed to guide you, starting with your website and documents. To install the widget, you’ll add a small code snippet to your site or share it with the person who manages it.
What information will the assistant use?
The authorized public pages of your website and the PDFs you choose to provide. Answers will include their sources. When the available information is insufficient, the assistant should say so.
Can I test the agent before installing it?
Yes. Your dashboard will let you chat with your agent, check its sources and adjust its welcome and instructions before installing the widget. Dashboard tests will count toward your trial allowance.
How will the free trial work?
The launch offer includes 30 days from first activation, one agent and 1,000 messages in total. A request that receives an AI answer will count as one message, including dashboard tests. Once the trial or allowance ends, a subscription will be needed to continue.
Which languages are available?
The interface is available in French and English. It starts with your browser’s preference, then follows your choice if you change it. The agent’s language will be configured separately.
